Megan Kline Events, Ltd., formerly Another Elegant Affair, is a full-service wedding and special event planning company specializing in planning weddings for the out-of-town bride. Megan Kline is the owner and President of Megan Kline Events, Ltd. Megan Kline, President and Event Designer After over 6 years as a project manager of multi-million dollar civil engineering projects for local engineering firms, Megan Kline combined her love of planning with her strong desire to help people and started her own event planning company, originally named Another Elegant Affair.
Megan Kline is entering her third year as an entrepreneur and independent event planner and designer. Megan Kline is regarded as a local planning expert as featured in Philadelphia Magazine’s Elegant Weddings, Philadelphia Business Journal, Main Line Today, Money Magazine and The Intelligencer.
Education is an important part of the Megan Kline Events mission statement. Megan Kline is a certified Wedding Planner through Temple University and regularly attends educational conferences offered nationwide by the organizations she is a member of. Megan Kline is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.A. in Architecture and a B.S. in Civil Engineering. She has also attended Drexel University for an M.S. in Engineering Management. Her creativity combined with her attention to detail make her an ideal planner for the bride and groom who want peace of mind in knowing their wedding will be handled with care. The idea for her company was born in 2000 when she helped a close friend plan her long-distance wedding from Michigan and the company was founded in January of 2003. The new name reflects
our expanding role in the event planning industry as we add event planning and management services for corporate social events.
Megan Kline is an active member in many local and national professional organizations, including a local Board Member of The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Catering
Executives (NACE), a national committee member of NACE, a local and national committee member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES) and the co-director
of the Philadelphia Networking Group of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC).
